Chad Ward

Chad Ward is a CFEI-certified Fire Investigator with over two years of investigative experience and a distinguished 17-year career as a professional firefighter. He also offers more than 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, providing a strong foundation in building systems, structural behaviour, and fire dynamics. He is known for meticulous investigative practices, clear documentation, and effective collaboration with insurers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.

A graduate of the Manitoba Emergency Services College, Chad has completed over 200 fire investigations involving residential and commercial structures, vehicles, explosions, and structure failure. His combined operational firefighting background and construction expertise support thorough scene examinations, accurate origin-and-cause determinations, and well-supported, defensible conclusions.
